Loom restoration

Two years ago I restored the loom in the museum at Blue Licks State Resort Park for my Girl Scout Gold Award project, these are the results.cleaned, restored and warped, but before any weaving was done

me weavingthe woven fabric. this is a linen/cotton warp and a 100% wool weft.

at some point in the next year or so the piece that is currently on the loom will be finished and a new warp will be tied on. I have woven on the loom during the annual battle days weekend and for other programs and the warp is not long enough to last another extensive battle weekend. so I'll be spending some weekends in the future working on that.
