April showers on April flowers

I paid a visit home this weekend, it's pretty much been raining steadily for quite a while and this picture is what it looked like after the waters had begun to go down. By the time we drove home Sunday the creeks all looked normal, if a bit swollen. I celebrated my 21st birthday with Kilt-boy and my family, in all the traditional ways: Cake
and something stronger. This is a lovely hard cider my dad brewed just for me. Horrid picture though.
Today the sun came out and I can hardly stand to be inside to do my homework. I lost badly at cornhole to a good friend, and took some pictures of flowers. I'll post them one at a time over the next few blog posts.
