prayers and good vibes much appreciated

Today at 2:30 I go to see the surgeon. I'm not sure what exactly to expect, but the best possible outcome would be if he says that he wants to do surgery ASAP. Until I have this office visit a lot of the elements in my life are up in the air. So keep me in your hearts and thoughts today.
