Swatching
I decided I really need a pair of mittens, so I'm swatching some handspun from back when I was really getting started, it is a single, which I know is not best for mittens, but when these wear out I'll just make more, I knit because I want to not really for a lasting product, although it is a good plus to have warm fingers as I walk to class.
